Hello!

My name is Ellen King and I am the newest Nature Net Intern! I just moved to the Madison area from Michigan (I’m not sorry) and am passionate about outdoor and environmental education. I am a two time AmeriCorps Alumnae from the National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC) and VISTA (Volunteers in Service to America).

This spring and what is left of winter, I will be working on Nature Net’s monthly newsletters to teachers and parents, Earth Day Bouquet, delivering Nature Net’s events to you, and much more!

Fun fact about me: In school, science was not my best subject, nor was it one I was interested in learning about. After spending several months completing ecological restoration in Southeast Wisconsin and Southern Iowa this past year, I can admit that my past prejudices against science are over. I have always been an outdoors-lover, but now find myself interested in topics like climate change (click for a past blog on climate change), restoration, and the use of herbicides and pesticides.

Nije me bilo dve sedmice jer  nisam stizala da se odvojim od lap topa i crtanja,posla i tako u krug.Ali kada me je put naveo da posetim po prvi put ekskluzivnu marinu Porto Montenegro u Tivtu iskoristila sam priliku i za fotkanje. Ovo je definitivno nova IN destinacija u komsiluku koja  privlaci u Tivat kapetane ,posadu ,velike jahte kao i turiste i transformise grad u jednu od vodecih destinacija plavog Jadrana. Beauty and the beast

Today we are going to look for our inspiration in the past. In Vogue past precisely. Drew Barrymore  in her best fashion role on the cover of U.S. edition of the magazine "Vogue" in April 2005. year. Drew is on the cover posing with the lion, representing the fairy taile motive the story of "Beauty and the Beast." Behind the phenomenal leens of  Annie Leibovitz . The whole look and feel was responsible Codington Grace.  Tale is brought to life. Images taken by Annie Leibovitz  are stunning little works of art.
